There are many different ways to pray and to hear God speaking to us. We can find God in all things because God meets us where we are, in the present moment, and the five senses are five entry points for God’s love to become known to us.
Names
Names are important and are the first words we learn. When we speak to God by name our relationship deepens. Just as our names for God are important in our relationship with God, so are God’s names for us.
